Ordering
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Availability information for products is listed on each product page. We do what we can to ensure this information is up to date; however, sometimes we may need to inform you that an item you have ordered is delayed or out of stock. If for any reason we are unable to fulfil any part of the order, we will notify you as soon as is practical and refund your card. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Once you have placed an order, we will send you an email confirming that your order has been received. A contract between you and Drag2Zero for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been dispatched to you – we will send you an email when the order has been dispatched.
Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice.
When placing an order, you agree that the information you give is accurate and complete. To amend an order or delivery address, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to make amendments before despatch, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order is processed.
If you place an order for an item that is on pre-order or back order, your credit/debit card will be charged for the full value of the goods at the time of the order.
The dispatch dates shown on pre- and back-order items are as accurate as we can make them and are updated regularly, but can be subject to change. We will inform you as soon as possible if there is likely to be any delay in dispatching your order.
Payment & Taxes
All prices are quoted in pounds sterling. If your order is being delivered to the UK, we will charge you VAT.
For shipments outside of the UK, we do not charge you VAT. Import duties, VAT, sales taxes and other charges may be imposed by your local customs authorities/delivery company when the shipment reaches your country, and you are responsible for these. Please check your local customs authorities for the relevant rates.
Please note: It is a legal requirement that we declare the full value of the goods on all packages being sent outside of the UK. We cannot inaccurately describe the contents, claim a lower value or mark it as a gift. Please do not ask or expect us to do any of these things.
Delivery
All in-stock items are dispatched as soon as possible and usually within two working days of the order being placed, unless the page you have ordered from indicates a different dispatch window.
If an item you have ordered is out of stock and this was not clear when you made the order, we will notify you as soon as possible of the delay and provide you with an estimated dispatch date.
Deliveries to the UK are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48.
Deliveries to the rest of the world are sent using Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed or a courier.

If a customer note is added with delivery instructions to leave in a safe place, the customer is accepting responsibility for the delivery.
We advise against delivery to temporary/holiday accommodation in case there are delays to delivery. If you do order for delivery to such accommodation you take the risk that the order may not be delivered before you leave.
Estimated delivery times (indicative and are not guaranteed)
- UK orders – 2 working days from dispatch
- EU – 5-10 working days from dispatch – please note that where VAT and/or duties are due to be paid when the order is received, additional time should be allowed for customs clearance
- Rest of World – 10-15 working days from dispatch
If you have not received your order within these time frames, please contact us (please bear in mind that deliveries to some countries can take longer.)
Returns
If any item you have ordered is not suitable, then please complete the returns form and include this in your package. Goods can be returned for a refund (less any postage costs and taxes/charges imposed on us on re-entry of the goods into the UK) or exchanged (shipping will be charged) within 30 days of receipt, provided they have not been used and are returned in a saleable condition. You are responsible for the costs of returning the item, and we recommend you use a tracked service to return it. If you are returning good from outside the UK, please ensure you state on the shipping documents that the item is being returned so that no additional customs charges are incurred.
If you have received the wrong items or your order is incorrect, then please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
If your item is faulty, please contact us with details of the fault, and we will let you know how to proceed.
Returns of trade orders will be subject to a restocking fee.
