Tailored to You

A custom-tailored storage solution that improves both aerodynamics and stability, giving you the confidence to ride faster, further and more efficiently.

Real World Gains

The .66 AeroBib delivers a 10-watt aerodynamic saving over the standard .66 Pole system, but the gains go beyond the numbers. We designed it to improve stability on the road, so the speed you see in the wind tunnel carries through to real-world riding.

Storage Solution

The .66 AeroBib is more than an aerodynamic upgrade. It’s a complete storage solution, designed to work as part of the whole system to make you faster and more efficient.

Customise

Each .66 AeroBib is custom-made for you and your position. Make it truly yours by adding a personal message to your AeroBib.

66 AeroBib Pathway

The Path to Your AeroBib

The AeroBib isn’t something you rush into. It’s the logical next step after you’ve spent meaningful time on your .66 system—after you’ve found the position that feels right, produces power, and is sustainable for hours.

The process is simple:

  1. Install your .66 Pole System – Get familiar with the adjustability and begin developing your position.
  2. Ride and Dial In (2–3 weeks) – Make adjustments, find your balance between aerodynamics and comfort, confirm your fastest setup.
  3. Order Your Custom AeroBib – Use our online order tool to lock in your current position; we’ll build your AeroBib custom to spec (2–3 weeks delivery)

You don’t need to commit to both at once. Many riders buy the .66 system, spend weeks or months refining their setup, then add the AeroBib once they’re certain. That’s the intended path. But if you’re ready to commit to both, we’ll work with you to understand your position needs and have the AeroBib ready to ship the moment your .66 system is set up.

Precision customised to you

The .66 AeroBib is a custom-engineered cockpit module, designed around your body and your position. It’s the final piece of the Wind Tunnel in a Box package: the point where exploration becomes optimisation, and your fastest position is locked in.

Developed through extensive wind tunnel and rider testing, the AeroBib integrates seamlessly with your .66 pole system to deliver measurable gains where they matter most: on the bike, when it counts.

The Performance Advantage

The .66 AeroBib doesn’t promise vague aerodynamic improvements. It delivers a consistent 10-watt saving, the difference between chasing and being chased. That precision comes with one requirement: the AeroBib must be built exactly to your position.

Unlike generic cockpit solutions, each AeroBib is individually tailored to the position you’ve dialled in on your .66 pole system. The result is a sealed aerodynamic unit that works with your body geometry, not against it, delivering real, repeatable performance: faster splits for less effort.

Structural Stability & Integration

The AeroBib doesn’t just reduce drag. It also increases the rigidity and stability of your cockpit. By forming a sealed, integrated unit with the .66 pole system, it creates a single aerodynamic platform that feels locked-in and confident at speed. Your position stays true and your setup responds predictably.

The result goes beyond speed. It’s the confidence of knowing your cockpit is engineered as one cohesive system, optimised precisely for you.

Intelligent Storage

Beyond aerodynamics, the AeroBib doubles as a secure, integrated storage compartment built into your cockpit. Gels, energy chews, salt tablets: everything you need for a race or long ride fits inside. Form and function aren’t competing here; they work together.

The compartment is easy to reach mid-ride, with secure latching that keeps everything in place at speed. That’s one less thing to worry about, and more space freed up in your jersey pockets.

How to measure your setup

The .66 AeroBib is a custom-made central storage box for your .66 Pole System. In order to design and make your AeroBib, we need some specific dimensions from your current setup so that the AeroBib fits as intended on your system. Please follow the detailed instructions below to take your pole system measurements.

To place an order for the .66 AeroBib, please select the corresponding size depending on your pole clamp width dimensions:

  • Narrow – 90mm to 110mm
  • Medium – 111mm to 129mm
  • Wide – 130 mm to 150 mm

Once we receive your order, you will be contacted regarding your specific dimensions and build requirements. This will be within 1 working day of receiving your order. Once we have these measurements, we can start designing your AeroBib.

66 AeroBib Measurements

Pole Clamp Width

Using the pole clamp rear bolt-through hole centre as the point of measurement, measure your pole clamp width as shown on the right. This should be done to the nearest millimetre.

This example has a pole clamp centre-to-centre of 110mm.

For AeroBib Width, please select the following size depending on your pole clamp width dimensions:

  • Narrow – 90mm to 110mm
  • Medium – 111mm to 129mm
  • Wide – 130 mm to 150 mm

If you are unsure about your pole clamp width, please email us a picture similar to the one on the right. We will then let you know which option to select.

Grip End Width

Using the pole seam as the point of measurement, measure your grip width as seen below. This should be done to the nearest millimetre.

This example has a grip end width of 57mm.

Finishing Kit Spacers

Measure the number of additional finishing kit spacers used beyond the initial profiled spacer, as seen below.

This example has 60mm of additional finishing kit spacers.
